Fast Company has announced its annual list of the 50 most innovative companies in the world. The list contains companies from so different fields, such as: design, retail and energy. Companies of completely different sizes are also included in the list. Although they have so many dissimilar characteristics those company share the most important, they saw (true and consistent) innovation as the way to face our contemporary world.

According to Fast Company, those companies illustrate the power and potential of innovative ideas and creative execution. These are the kinds of enterprises that will redefine our future and point the way to a better tomorrow. In times of crisis and cut of costs and jobs, this list is a welcome reminder that every new crisis is a new opportunity to change and reformulate goals. Both in a organizational and individual point-of-view. From the list I would like to give special highlight to IDEO. They are a extraordinary example of innovative thoughts in a broad range of areas: from IT to health care, including toys and much more. IDEO is the best case of inspiration in itself.
